This project, coordinated in CRIA by Inês Lourenço (CRIA-Iscte) intends mapping migrants’ journeys/recruitment to identify enabling support mechanisms, networks and resources, priorities and motivations, vulnerabilities and challenges; Gather supply and demand perspectives regarding migrant’s access to health, education, housing, food, transportation, legal support, associations and local participatio; Explore aspects around interpersonal relationships, interculturality and conflict; Identify individual and social behavioural drivers and social and religious norms that influence perceptions of trust, community wellbeing, safety and social cohesion; Map challenges, gaps and success factors in the implementationof the Local Integration Plans for Migrants; Understand market needs, expectations and trends of market trends; and explore needs for migrant entrepreneurship.
