The "Empathy Hour" project aims to help increase empathy levels, facilitate the acquisition, development and consolidation of emotional management strategies. The main goal is to promote and activate competences, resources and attitudes that promote mental health, well-being and a positive environment, capable of reducing the main problems that characterise relationships between students, families, teachers and auxiliary staff at the Francisco de Arruda school.
