PhD in Anthropology from the University of Seville (2012) and Licensed by NOVA-FCSH (1988). Senior Lecturer at the Estoril Higher Institute of Tourism and Hotel Studies (ESHTE) in the area of Social Sciences and Humanities, since 1996. Food, gastronomy, heritage and tourism are its main areas of academic interest, developing her researches in the Portuguese context. She has several publications, including articles, book chapters and books.
